What neojapanav is
neojapanav is a monthly subscription streaming service for adult video, branded 新日本AV女優名鑑 on its masthead (roughly, a new Japan AV actress directory). Its trading disclosure names the operator as Tokyo Private Railway Advertising Agency Inc. (株式会社東京私鉄広告社), with an address in Meguro-ku, Tokyo, Japan, and describes the service as an online video viewing service billed by the month. The site's banner claims that every performer is shot in 8K, and a language switch offering JP and EN sits in the header. No page states whether the video carries mosaic or not.
The service is organized as a directory of performers instead of studios or labels: each performer has a numbered profile, and the paid membership opens the full videos behind those profiles. No studio, label or store name appears on the pages, and the plan page calls the videos originals.
What it carries and how it is organized
The home page is built from four rows headed PICK UP, NEW ARRIVAL, RECOMMENDED and MODELS. Each profile carries a number and a short nickname-style epithet in Japanese, and the home tiles show a running time for the newest entries. The performer list can be sorted by popularity or by newest, and it runs over more than one page. A category bar narrows it. Its lead buttons include slender and veteran performers, and an expandable list adds narrower tags such as tall, gal style, fair skin and short hair. Each tag opens its own filtered list, and a search box sits above them. A concept page and a personal My List complete the header.
The profile list is numbered, and the pages give no title count or release rhythm. The membership box on the performer pages lists what a subscription adds: the highest quality of each video through to the end, a My List to which favorite performers can be added, access to all performers, and no limits or advertising. A link under that box leads to free performer pages that can be browsed without paying, though the pages do not describe what those free pages show.
Every plan on the plan page is marked PREMIUM. The page states that Premium plans give the original videos in the highest picture quality and let every video play in full without ads. The last article of the terms adds detail on the video itself. All titles are recorded in single takes under natural light, so brightness can vary within a video. The main-camera footage is recorded in 8K at 60 frames per second and, because of file size, delivered converted to 4K. A second kind of video, called DIRECTOR'S EYE, shows another viewpoint, filmed on the shooter's own familiar camera in 4K or full HD and not in 8K. The terms also say a video may be removed without notice when a performer asks for it, citing the law of Japan, and that a change in the number of watchable videos for that reason brings no refund or fee change.
This is a streaming service. The FAQ says the same site can be reached from a smartphone or tablet, and that playback needs nothing between the streaming server and the viewer's PC, tablet or smartphone blocking the connection: a free hotspot such as a hotel network, or security software that blocks the server, causes trouble while streaming. The trading disclosure adds PCs, TVs, game consoles and set-top boxes to the devices it mentions, in a note that connection and data charges are the customer's own cost. The terms list removing or disabling DRM and other technical protection on the content among the prohibited acts. Accounts are personal: the FAQ says an account cannot be shared and that the system blocks one at once if it suspects sharing, after which support has to restore it.
Japan mechanics
The operator, the address and the governing law are all Japanese. The terms state that Japanese law governs and that the Tokyo District Court is the court of first instance, and the trading disclosure is published in Japanese with the operator name and address also given in English script. Support is by e-mail only: the disclosure gives weekday office hours, says phone calls are not handled because of remote work, states that e-mail inquiries require a member account, and warns that replies can take time.
On English, the header switch offers EN beside JP. Page headings such as Pricing Plans, Crypto Payment, Terms Of Use and FAQs are in English, while the FAQ answers, the terms and the trading disclosure read in Japanese. The pages do not mention subtitles or English-language support. There is also no region notice and no statement about access from outside Japan. The terms do say that the company may outsource all or part of the service's operation to third parties, including ones located abroad.
A policy block in the disclosure says the company protects the human rights of performers and viewers, sells nothing involving anyone under 18 and nothing made without the performer's agreement, and investigates promptly when a consumer or a protection or human-rights body, in Japan or overseas, reports content as possibly against that policy, deleting what is found to break it. When a performer disputes having agreed to appear or to distribution, the content is taken off view until the agreement is confirmed. Complaints go by post to the company's Meguro address or by e-mail. The terms limit the adult service to users aged 18 or older.
Price, access and billing
This is a recurring subscription. The disclosure says a monthly contract paid by credit card is charged every month on the calendar day of the first charge (the last day of a shorter month), and the FAQ says the membership renews automatically until it is canceled. Access starts as soon as the payment procedure is complete. The plan page describes plans of two weeks, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months, each billed once per period. A first-time offer halves the price through the second payment, and the regular amount applies from the third; a customer who has used this offer cannot use it again.
Canceling means choosing the cancel option on the account page by the day before the next charge date. Access then continues until the day before the renewal date, and if the account page fails, the disclosure names an e-mail address to write to, with the account details attached. Refunds are excluded because the content is digital, and the pages say a streaming interruption caused by internet trouble does not earn a refund of the fee. The terms repeat that paid fees cannot be reclaimed for any reason. A long outage of 72 hours or more that is the site's fault is handled separately in the terms, by a fee reduction or extra access if claimed within 1 month.
Payment by card names Visa, Master Card, JCB and American Express. The FAQ states that PayPal is not yet available and that the website has only credit cards as a payment method; it does not say whether cards issued outside Japan work. Crypto payment has a separate page: it runs through a payment service called BoomFi, takes the fee from the member's wallet automatically every month, can be canceled at any time, and is offered for the 1-month plan only. The steps run from the crypto payment button to a BoomFi page that asks for a name and e-mail address, a wallet connection, a choice of chain and currency, and an approval in the wallet, after which the member is sent back to the home page. The page carries a heading for the supported chains and currencies, and no list follows it. The pages do not give a statement descriptor.
In October 2026 the plan page lists the 1-month membership at 2,980 yen and the 2-week membership at 1,980 yen, and the 3-month membership is 6,000 yen, charged once every three months. The 6-month membership is 9,000 yen, charged once every half year. The trading disclosure repeats 2,980 yen as the monthly fee and describes it as tax included.
Who it suits
It suits a viewer who wants a performer-by-performer directory with 8K-sourced video, who can pay with Visa, Master Card, JCB or American Express, or who holds a crypto wallet and wants a monthly plan paid that way. The plan ladder starts at 2 weeks, so a short commitment is possible, and the first two payments come at the introductory rate.
The FAQ, terms and disclosure are Japanese, so a reader who cannot read Japanese will need a translator for the cancellation and refund rules. Crypto covers only the 1-month plan, support answers by e-mail alone, and a viewer who follows particular studios or labels will find none named.
