What D2Pass is

D2Pass is not a studio. It is the shared login, payment and points system for a group of Japanese adult video member sites, and its public pages double as a front door for those sites. Its own terms define it as an online authentication service provided by DTI Services, Inc. that covers member registration, login and payment for products and services. The English company profile says DTI Services has grown since launching its internet business in 1995 and gives the head office as 101 N. Pacific Coast Hwy, Suite 300, El Segundo, California. The profile lists the company's lines of business: affiliate programs, online advertising, domain acquisition and management, server maintenance and management, video chat system development and operations, business consulting, systems development, and payment system and account management. The main pages are in Japanese. An English company page and English sign-up forms exist alongside them.

What it carries and how it is organized

Open the members page and the first thing on it is a live strip of women streaming from home, followed by two carousels, new videos and recommended videos. Each tile carries a running time, the member site's name, the title, the performer and a date in early October 2026. The tiles show how many sites share the portal. Names on them include 天然むすめ (10musume), 一本道 (1Pondo), カリビアンコム (Caribbeancom), パコパコママ (Pacopacomama), HEYZO, エッチな4610, エロックスジャパンZ and ムラムラ. The pages do not say that one subscription covers all of them; what they share is the D2Pass ID, which the terms describe as the thing a member needs in order to complete the activities and transactions the service offers.

The menus describe what the account does. Under Videos there are monthly-membership videos, single-title videos, a video ranking, popular search words and the 新作アダルト見放題プラン, a new-release unlimited plan whose block on the members page notes that the tiles under it are samples of the latest titles. Under Chat there is live chat, a guide to the performers and a ranking of the chat performers. Under D2 Points there are a prize-exchange list, point purchase, a point passbook, an explainer and a daily-points feature. Under Premium there are a benefits list, bonus videos and 3-year free videos. The Help block runs from FAQ and support through security, company overview, privacy, a California privacy notice, the terms, a parental guide, the 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement, a human rights policy and a content removal form.

The announcements board gives a sense of how the member sites behave. Entries dated 2026/10/10 and 2026/10/09 advertise a 21st-anniversary discount on a line the board calls テンムス and a one-week sale on the Hey動画 monthly unlimited plan. An entry dated 2025/07/20 says the live chat service it calls DXライブ streams around the clock. An entry dated 2023/12/05 introduces a 10-day trial plan for Caribbeancom. Another entry from 2024/06/06 announces an across-the-board price cut.

The chat side is a feature of the portal, not a separate site in these pages. They show no chat prices, per-minute rates or point packs, so the cost of a session is not stated.

The English side is small but real. English pages carry the company profile and a menu in English: D2 Points, Premium (benefits, premium videos, exclusive videos) and Help, with a Daily D2Point link and a Free Sign Up button in the header. The sign-up form at secure.d2pass.com and a billing page offer a free member account in English, asking only for an email address as the login ID, a password and acceptance of the terms; a promo-code box appears on one of them. The billing page has a switch for Japanese.

Japan mechanics: censorship, language, region

The entrance agreement carries a warning: a visitor using the site from Japan, whatever their residence, must not download any material that shows private parts without mosaic. The Japanese text of the same agreement gives the reason, a legal requirement in Japan that those parts be hidden. The pages do not call the video censored or uncensored in their own words beyond that clause, and the only region statement is that clause. They do not mention a country restriction, a list of excluded countries or a way to confirm eligibility.

Compliance material is linked from the entrance page and gathered in the Help block: the 2257 statement, a human rights policy, a parental guide and a content removal form (削除依頼). The terms, dated May 8, 2020, are governed by California law, and the member agrees that California courts have exclusive jurisdiction. The terms also say D2Pass accepts no responsibility for charges arising from the use of member sites, and they cap the liability of D2Pass and DTI at the amount the member paid. The pages do not state whether support answers in English; the English company page lists a Support link but no hours or languages.

The terms add a few account rules. The service is for adults only: a member declares being 18 or older, or of the age of majority where they live. The member is responsible for everything done through the account and must keep the password private. D2Pass can suspend or cancel an account without notice for a breach of the terms, including the points on it. Service can be interrupted without notice for faults or maintenance, and D2Pass gives no guarantee of reliability. Terms and prices can change, with a change to the terms taking effect 30 days after it is announced on the home page and posted on the terms page. The email address given at sign-up is used for newsletters and promotions; a member can ask customer service to stop those, but not the payment and deposit confirmations.

Price, access and billing

A D2Pass ID is free. What costs money is a membership, which the terms describe as a monthly or annual fixed fee for specific services, or a pay-per-use purchase made through the account. Premium memberships and the new-release plan, offered since December 24, 2014, renew automatically for each period until the member completes the cancellation form on the account page, and the form has to be filed by the day before the renewal date; an incomplete form or a failed submission leaves the membership running. Nothing is refunded, nothing can be changed or part-refunded after payment, and because D2Pass Premium operates under California law the terms rule out cooling-off claims. After cancellation or expiry the services included in Premium can no longer be used.

Payment in the terms means a registered credit card. Under a recurring system in place since May 20, 2008, a failed charge is moved to another card registered on the account, and a member has 30 days from the billing date to supply updated details or a new card for the membership to count as continuous. D2Pass sets a usable limit for each registered card, and a member can ask for a higher limit by submitting a consent form. Since May 8, 2020 the terms also let D2Pass disable stored cards for long inactivity, for security or after suspicious access, after which a card has to be registered again before the next purchase.

Points are a separate currency. D2Pass grants non-cash points through promotions, sets the amounts and rates at its own discretion, and posts the rules in public areas of the sites. Points can also be bought. They cannot be turned into cash, and once exchanged for a product they cannot be returned or swapped.

In October 2026 the members page says the new-release unlimited plan can be used from $25 and that plans of 30 days or more come with bonuses. The announcement board also lists a discount of up to $100 on the テンムス line, running until October 20. The terms and the members page do not name accepted card brands, a processor or a statement descriptor.

Who it suits

D2Pass suits a reader who wants to understand how these member sites fit together, or who intends to join several of them and wants one account. It is not where the catalogs live, and a reader looking for a single site's back catalog should open that site's own page. Readers who need English-language billing terms should note that the terms page is in Japanese, and the English pages cover only the company profile and the sign-up form.
