What it is

Oppai Meikan (おっぱい名鑑, a bust directory) is a Japanese-language index of adult video performers, run as a blog and funded by affiliate advertising. Its home page describes the product as a name book of 695 people that visitors can tell apart and search by feature. Profiles are built around one theme, the physical attributes the site chooses to track, and each profile card is paired with the performer's debut date, a row of star scores and a bar of reader votes. No operator, company or country is named anywhere; the footer carries only the site's own name on its copyright line.

Censorship is not a subject the site raises. Every link to watch or buy leads to FANZA, the Japanese store whose web service powers the lists; the footer reads "Powered by FANZA Webサービス". The site itself is entirely in Japanese apart from English labels on its menu.

What it carries and how it is organized

The menu names its sections in Japanese with English labels beside them: SEARCH, NEWFACES, DIRECTORY, CLIP, QUIZ, VERSION, IMAGE, ACTRESS, SALE and FAVORITE, with shortcuts to themed work lists folded under the image entry. They are easiest to understand as a handful of kinds of content.

Profiles and search. The search panel filters the name book by six fixed attributes: size, shape and four detail fields, each with a short set of preset values. The rule is stated on the page: within one field a profile may match any selected value, while across fields it must match all of them. The home page shows the matching count on the search button, 695 people before any filter is set. Each profile card shows the stage name with its reading, a debut date, a star score for each tracked attribute and a percentage bar of reader votes, or a no-votes note (投票なし) where nobody has voted. For some performers a longer write-up exists, listed in the name-book category under its date, with the earliest of them dated January 2025. That category can be switched between newest and most-read entries, and its pagination ends at 75.

Popularity. The ACTRESS index sorts by what it calls the site's own popularity ranking and lists each performer's position with the previous week's position beside it, for example a performer at 1st place who was also 1st the week before, and another at 10th who was 22nd. The index also has a kana navigation that runs through the whole syllabary, and its pagination ends at 68. What feeds the ranking is left unexplained.

New names. A NEWFACES block spotlights fresh debuts, each with a debut date, a headline, profile figures where the maker has released them and the label behind the performer's first work. The labels that appear in the block are S1 (エスワン) and E-BODY. Cards flagged UPCOMING belong to performers whose debut date is still ahead, and cards flagged NEW to those who have just debuted. The home page also carries a new-works list with product codes, credited performers and release dates, a new-clips list, and a set of popular-play tags that link into themed work lists with a count of works beside each.

Works and genres. Each genre page states how many works are filed under it and lists them with product code, title, performer and release date, plus a 予約 (pre-order) flag on titles that are not out yet. A genre block on every page shows a count beside each genre name, including 4K, 8KVR, VR専用 (VR only), ハイクオリティVR (high-quality VR), ドラマ (drama), ドキュメンタリー (documentary) and デビュー作品 (debut work), plus ハイビジョン (high definition) and 独占配信 (exclusive distribution). The genre pages are mostly useful as a way to reach titles by product code. The block's counts and the genre pages do not always agree: the block shows 177 beside 4K while the 4K page itself reports 0 works.

Clips. The clip category (動画) lists titles one by one with the product code, the performer, a play count, a favorites count, the theme the clip is filed under, an average rating with the number of ratings and the date distribution began. Its pagination ends at 40. On the home page each clip entry ends in a button reading FANZAで作品を見る (see the work on FANZA), so the clip acts as a pointer to the store page.

Sale. A sale block on every page repeats campaigns that run on FANZA. In October 2026 the block listed campaigns at 30% off, named after a drama selection, the SOD group, MOODYZ and a customer-favorites selection, and one at 50% off; each entry shows the campaign name, the title, the product code, an average rating with the number of ratings, and the distribution start date. The block prints no price, so the amount is on the store page.

Version history. A VERSION section logs changes to individual profiles, recorded as update entries (アップデート) with a version label such as Ver.2.0 or Ver.3.0, a note of what changed in the classification and the dates the version covers. It works as an open edit log, and it shows that profiles are reclassified as a performer's career goes on and not fixed once.

Quiz and comments. The おっぱいソムリエ検定 (sommelier quiz) invites visitors to test their eye against the site's profiles. Every page carries a feed of the latest visitor comments, mostly anonymous and stamped with how long ago they were posted, next to a list of the month's most-read write-ups (今月の人気記事) with view and comment counts.

The footer lists two sister sites, one of them AdultVR Japan, without describing the relationship.

Japan mechanics

Oppai Meikan is a Japanese fan resource built on one store's data. Profiles, comments and the quiz are in Japanese only, and English stops at the menu labels. The one stated link between the site and a store is the affiliate arrangement: every page carries the notice 当ブログはアフィリエイト広告を利用しています (this blog uses affiliate advertising) beside "Powered by FANZA Webサービス" and a copyright line for the site itself. For a reader outside Japan that is the main fact: the lists and links come from a single Japanese store, so regional access, subtitles and payment are FANZA's matters.

Beyond that notice the site sets out nothing on rights or compliance, and its pages link no contact form or privacy page.

Price, access and billing

Reading the name book, the rankings and the genre lists involves no fee, membership or points scheme. The menu has a favorites section (お気に入り), and how entries are saved to it is not explained. The business model is stated as affiliate advertising through FANZA.

Nothing is sold on this domain, so it has no payment methods, refund rules or cancellation steps of its own. The discounts in the sale block are percentages on FANZA's own campaigns, and the site prints no price for any title.

Who it suits

It suits a reader who already knows performers by their Japanese names and wants a structured filter, a weekly ranking with movement shown, and a quick way to land on a FANZA title page by product code. The new-debut cards are a handy way to see which labels are introducing performers, and the version log lets a regular visitor see how the site's own classifications have moved.

The limits are plain. Everything is in Japanese. The site is a themed blog without a named operator, and its focus on one set of attributes is narrower than a general performer database. It sells and streams nothing of its own, and its scores and classifications are the site's own readings and reader votes, not anything published by a studio.
