What Angel Live is
Angel Live (エンジェルライブ) is an adult live-chat service in Japanese, run by 株式会社リアズ of Osaka. It sells real-time sessions with women who broadcast live, not a library of recorded titles. Its masthead calls it a specialist adult live-chat site in its 25th year of operation and one of the largest in Japan, and the page footer carries a 2001-2026 copyright line. The home page claims more than 150,000 registered amateur women from across Japan, while the footer of its rules pages still prints the same sentence with 130,000. Either way the performers are presented as amateurs, and that is the side of the live-cam range the service sits on.
Every page is in Japanese, from the live board to the help center and the payment notice. Nothing points to an English interface, English support or an English-language checkout, so a reader who cannot read Japanese should treat the service as Japanese-only.
How the site is organized
The core of the site is a live board. The home page lists the women who are online, split into those waiting, those in a chat, those in a two-person session, those marked as meeting up, and those scheduled to go online later in the day, each with a start time. Each tile shows a title line the performer wrote, a status and, where relevant, small labels such as full-screen broadcast, a remote-toy connection through Lovense or a ranking position. Tabs above the board narrow it to newcomers at half price, remote-toy rooms and full-screen rooms.
Finding someone is done with filters and rankings. The filter panel covers status (waiting, chatting, newcomer, free chat), body type, the toys a performer uses, how she broadcasts (full screen, face shown, microphone on, PC), play tags and region. The region list runs from Hokkaido to Kyushu and Okinawa and ends with an overseas option, which is a filter on where a performer is based and says nothing about where customers may log in. Rankings come in daily, weekly and monthly forms, plus lists for newcomers, the watch-only mode, two-person sessions, morning, daytime and night slots, Lovense, albums and likes on the women's posts. The home page previews the weekly and newcomer charts, each as a top 30. A notice dated 2026-10-01 says the ranking page was redesigned with the Lovense and album lists added.
There are three basic ways to join a broadcast, as the how-to page explains them:
- Party chat is the standard form, a shared room with several visitors.
- A watch-only mode lets a visitor sit in a party chat anonymously and send private messages.
- A 2SHOT session is one-to-one and gives the visitor the performer to themselves.
The price list also names a two-way mode and something it calls DS chat, without explaining either on the site. The how-to page walks a newcomer through three steps: log in to a chat and greet the performer, make requests within what she is comfortable with (it warns that pushy or unreasonable demands frighten the women), and say thanks with gifts or stamps. Gifts can also be sent afterward through the message function, and a notice dated 2026-09-25 says the seasonal point-gift items ended on 2026-09-15 while a gift icon was added to the waiting screen.
The site adds a social layer around the broadcasts. Performers post short updates, called Angel Tweets, that appear on the home page with a link to their room, and a favorites list lets a member track the women they follow. A member's own menu covers preferred-genre settings, a hide list, a chat login history and a message inbox. A Pickup Angel feature presents performers recommended by the site's office, and the notices carry Lovense-themed contests and their results. The sitemap also names the group sites Chatpia (チャットピア) and ライブでゴーゴー.
The help center is organized by topic: first-time use, recommended environment and smartphone use; account details, leaving and rejoining; camera, microphone and chat-screen trouble; payments, split into card, bank transfer, BitCash, other methods and points earned back by registering with sponsor sites; site features such as mail, paid content, Lovense remote toys and missions; points held and usage fees; the performers; and events and campaigns. Its top-ten list is practical, led by forgotten passwords, sponsor-site points that have not arrived, free trial points that were not added and microphones that do not work in the chat screen.
Japan mechanics
Angel Live is a Japanese domestic service. The commercial-transactions notice names the operator as 株式会社リアズ, gives an address in Yodogawa Ward, Osaka, and describes the business as providing and running communication services over the internet. The business-permit page states that the site is a registered video-transmission adult entertainment business (映像送信型性風俗特殊営業), registration number 第45014号, under the Osaka Prefectural Public Safety Commission, with the Yodogawa police station as the station in charge. The sitemap lists further rules pages by name, among them a complaints policy, a copyright infringement report form, a statement on keeping the service sound and a declaration excluding organized crime groups.
Because the product is live chat and not released video, the question of mosaic is one the pages never raise. There is also no region notice and no list of countries served, and the only overseas item is the performer-region filter described above. The site states that it contains adult content and is closed to anyone under 18.
The privacy policy covers members and performers alike. It says the site asks for a name and an email address, uses them for billing, service improvement and customer support, and lets a member switch the site's announcements off or on from the member menu at any time. Cookies handle member authentication, points and favorites, and the site uses Microsoft Clarity to analyze clicks, scrolling and page movement without, it says, taking personally identifying information. Personal data is not disclosed to third parties without consent, except to contractors under confidentiality agreements for work such as billing and mail delivery, on request from the police or other authorities, or where the law applies.
Price, access and billing
Registering is free, and part of the content can be enjoyed without paying. Paid sessions are billed in points that a member buys in advance and spends by the minute while in a chat. Purchased points are not refunded at all, which the commercial-transactions page explains by the nature of live communication as a service. The model is points on demand, with no subscription plan on the price pages. The member-stage ladder (Beginner, Regular, Silver, Gold, Platinum) is a loyalty system, and the how-to page ties its perks to continued use. One stated change: from 2026-10-05, the waiting-screen video a member may watch drops from 90 seconds to 30 seconds for Beginner and Regular, from 180 seconds to 60 for Silver and from 360 seconds to 120 for Gold, while Platinum stays unlimited.
In October 2026 the site's consumption table lists these per-minute rates: 150pt for chat, 150pt for the watch-only mode, 250pt for 2SHOT, 350pt for two-way and 300pt for DS chat. The how-to page says that new registrations come with free points worth 2,100 yen, of which 600 yen worth is obtained by verifying a phone number from a smartphone. The offer is limited to one issue per person and applies only where the site's own rules judge it a first registration. What a purchased point costs in yen is not stated on the price table, so a per-minute rate cannot be turned into a yen cost from it. The how-to page adds that the site runs events and campaigns, some with discounts and some free.
Payment routes are plentiful. The commercial-transactions notice lists credit card, bank and post-office transfer, BitCash, d払い, Paidy (あと払い), convenience-store direct payment, Pay-easy, C-CHECK, Security Money and G-MONEY. Bank transfer, convenience-store and Pay-easy payments carry their own fees on top of the price. Accepted card brands are not named, and nothing addresses cards issued outside Japan. For leaving, the help center has a section on withdrawal and rejoining.
Who it suits
Angel Live suits a reader who reads Japanese, wants talk-and-request live sessions with amateur performers and prefers to pay in prepaid points by the minute with a free starting credit. The filters, rankings and the three chat forms make it easy to browse without committing, and the watch-only mode lowers the stakes for a first visit.
It is a weaker fit for anyone who needs English or pays from abroad, since the checkout is Japanese and the payment list is built around domestic methods. Budgeting also takes a first purchase to learn, because the rates are quoted in points. Anyone looking for recorded studio video will find none here: the product is the live room.
