What MADAM LIVE is
MADAM LIVE (マダムライブ) is a Japanese adult live chat site that presents itself as specialized in mature and married women (熟女・人妻専門ライブチャット). The operator on its legal notice is the Tokyo company 株式会社エムライブ, and the footer lists Jewel Live among its related sites (関連サイト). The footer dates MADAM LIVE to 2010. Everything is in Japanese, and it is a live-camera service rather than a library of recorded titles.
The site calls its performers madams. Its home page says women from around the country go online from their own homes, so a member can arrange a time with a favorite by message. The mix it describes runs from newlywed wives to mature women, and it adds that the madams can talk about anything from small talk to personal worries to mildly adult requests. The FAQ describes them as ordinary women recruited nationwide who like to talk, among them homemakers, office workers, nurses and instructors, and it says some take adult requests while others only talk. A reader who wants studio releases, a label catalog or downloads will not find them here. A reader who wants a conversation with an older Japanese woman, in Japanese, is the intended audience.
What it carries and how it is organized
The home page leads with a board of performers who are online, each with a short message. Underneath it sit the navigation entries that define the product: a search for mature and married women, the madams' blogs, rankings, an event schedule, a beginner's guide, a page on functions and content, and a smartphone version.
The room modes are described in detail in the beginner's guide. In party chat several members share one room with one madam. The first member in is the main member and holds the voice; when that member leaves, voice rights pass to the next in line and the others move up. Other members type text. A watch-only mode lets a member look in on a room that another member is using; from there the member can send whisper messages or gifts and can move into the party. Two-shot is a one-to-one room that only the main member can request, by pressing a button in the party screen, and it completes when the madam agrees. Private chat is also one-to-one, but the madam disappears from the site's online list while it lasts, unlike a two-shot, which does show there. Private chat cannot be switched back to party or two-shot mode. Waiting video, a free preview of a madam who is waiting, is available at no charge.
The FAQ spells out who sees what. Fellow party members see a member's nickname and typed text only, watch-only members see the text alone, and a member's own camera and microphone reach the madam and nobody else. A viewer of the free waiting video is anonymous, shown to the madam only as part of a head count. A meeting time (待ち合わせ) can be agreed by message beforehand, though the FAQ says an agreed time is never guaranteed.
The site marks its exclusives as Premium Madams, women it says appear on MADAM LIVE only and cannot be found on other live chat sites. Browsing and judging run through rankings of 1st to 30th place by period, by time band and by the number of recommendation posts, and a separate ranking for new madams who carry a beginner mark. Recommendation posts are written after a chat, once per madam within 24 hours of the chat ending, for madams who are not new, and they need at least 1 minute in the room. New madams can be reviewed more than once in that window. The site approves posts before publishing, and posts that read as abuse or personal remarks are not published. Members can also follow a madam, read her blog, like and comment on posts for free, and send a gift of points during a connection. A gift shop (マダムライブギフト) lets members spend points on items sent to a madam, and a Special Gallery of photos that a madam chooses to publish opens to members who have registered a card or bought points. The site has no function for sending photos or video.
Member ranks follow cumulative purchase amounts, with higher ranks earning event discounts. The event schedule is a weekly list of party-chat discounts by day and time band, written as percentage reductions, and the Premium rank gets a cheaper microphone rate in certain hours. The service works on a computer, Android and iPhone with one ID, but the site says tablet use and desktop-mode display on a phone are not guaranteed to work.
The Japan mechanics
MADAM LIVE's Specified Commercial Transactions page (特定商取引法に基づく表記) puts 株式会社エムライブ in Shinjuku, Tokyo, and lists a telecommunications business notification number and a registration as a video-transmission sex-related special business (映像送信型性風俗特殊営業), confirmed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Public Safety Commission. The home page opens on an age question and refuses access to anyone under 18, the same bar closes each page, and registering means ticking agreement to the terms as a person aged 18 or over.
The pages do not state whether the service is censored or uncensored. What they do publish is a conduct rule. The terms prohibit genital exposure in a chat and prohibit members from demanding it, and the FAQ says the rooms are monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year so that offenses such as public indecency or intimidation do not take place. The terms also ban recording or photographing a chat, pressing a madam for contact details and inviting her to meet outside the service, and the FAQ limits each person to one account.
Language is Japanese throughout. The sign-up, guide, FAQ and legal-notice pages list no English interface, no English support and no subtitle option. Help goes through an inquiry form, with answers sent by e-mail. The FAQ says customer support is staffed around the clock all year, the legal notice says inquiries are not taken by phone, and the form warns that replies can land in a spam folder.
The one overseas-related statement is on the prepaid-instrument page, which says that if a refund is made under the Payment Services Act, it can be sent only to an account at a financial institution in Japan. Nothing else addresses customers abroad: the pages are silent on region rules, on whether foreign cards work and on whether residents outside Japan may join. The payment list, covered next, leans on Japanese systems.
Login options include a Google account and an ID from a partner site, PCMAX; the site notes that PCMAX points cannot be spent on MADAM LIVE.
Price, access and billing
Sign-up is free, a one-time free trial of points is given per person after phone-number verification, and waiting video costs nothing. The service is fully prepaid. When the points run out the connection is cut, and the FAQ says no charge builds up afterward. The FAQ says points have no expiry date as such, but the whole balance is lost 6 months after the last purchase, and the prepaid-instrument page and terms say points last 180 days from purchase. Purchased points are not returned, withdrawal can be requested at any time by form and wipes the balance, and an account unused for 2 years can be deleted.
Paying for points runs through Japanese channels. MADAM LIVE's notice names credit card, bank transfer, BitCash, C-CHECK, Security Money, Rakuten Edy, convenience-store download, Pay-easy and Paidy pay-later, and the FAQ adds prepaid cards, a quick-charge option for a saved card, 3-D Secure card authentication, and a route it calls official-site payment (公式サイト決済), in which signing up to a sponsor site billed through docomo, au or SoftBank earns points. Card payments go through the payment agent BIGSUN, which the FAQ says keeps the card data so that the site holds none, and the FAQ says the card statement shows the name BG, BR or CLEBS and never the site's name. Bank transfers go to Rakuten Bank or Mitsubishi UFJ Bank with a transfer code tied to the account, BitCash can be charged from PayPay, and prepaid-balance and debit cards work when funded. Which card brands BIGSUN takes is not listed, and whether a card issued outside Japan goes through is not stated anywhere on the site. Paidy purchases are invoiced monthly, and the terms say point purchase amounts are shown tax-included.
In October 2026 the point table in the page sidebar read: party chat at 100pt per minute, with 50pt more per minute when the microphone is used; two-shot at 200pt per minute; private chat at 500pt per minute. Watch-only is priced like party chat, a whisper is charged per remark, and an in-site message is charged per send, with a lower rate for Gold and Premium members. The Paidy section of the legal notice adds a convenience-store payment fee. Login and approved recommendation posts earn mileage points that convert to chat points in blocks of 100, available only to members who have bought points.
Who it suits
MADAM LIVE suits a reader of Japanese who wants a conversation with an older Japanese woman, is comfortable paying in prepaid points through Japanese payment channels, and likes a ladder of rooms from a shared party to a private one-to-one. The posted rate table makes the cost per minute easy to read before joining.
It is a poor fit for anyone who needs English, since nothing on the pages offers it, or who wants a clear statement about overseas cards. The two point-expiry wordings, 6 months from the last purchase versus 180 days from each purchase, are worth reading before buying a large block. Recorded studio video is not part of the service.
