What Chatpia is
Chatpia (チャットピア) is an adult live-chat service in Japanese, aimed at viewers who want to talk with married and mature women who broadcast live. Its masthead describes it as a live-chat site specializing in 人妻 (married women) and 熟女 (mature women), and the business-permit page names 株式会社リアズ as the operating company. Like Angel Live, a group site named in its sitemap, it sells live sessions by the minute in prepaid points. It is not a store of recorded titles, and no studio video is on offer.
The pages are written entirely in Japanese. They do not mention an English interface, English support or subtitles of any kind, so the service is Japanese-only as far as the site shows.
What it carries and how it is organized
The home page is a live board. Each tile shows a performer's name and age, a one-line message she wrote, how many members are watching or taking part, and a status. The legend on the mobile page explains the statuses: waiting (free video is playing and the woman is open to visitors), chatting (others can still join, and watching is allowed), 2SHOT (a private session), meeting (she is waiting for another member) and offline (the time shown is the next appearance she set). A newcomer icon marks accounts registered within the last month, and a second icon marks women covered by a debut discount. Some tiles carry a remote-toy label, and the help center lists Lovense among its function topics. Controls above the board switch on automatic refresh, put newcomers first and filter for remote-toy rooms, and a lower strip lists women due online later in the day with their start times.
The site's own claims about its roster differ by page. The footer says more than 60,000 amateur married and mature women are registered across Japan and calls the site one of the largest of its kind in the country, while the how-to page says registered performers exceed 90,000 as of October 2026 and gives a split by age band, from 25 to 29 up to 50 and over. The same page says the service began in 2003, is marking its 23rd year, and has had more than 250,000 members register. A copyright line in the footer reads 2003-2026.
Visitors find someone through the search and category pages, or through rankings. The ranking page describes seven sections: daily, weekly, monthly, a combined newcomer, watch-only and 2SHOT section, time-of-day lists, age-band lists and a miscellaneous group that includes past photo-exhibition, monthly and yearly winners. It says the rankings move in real time and refresh each day at 10:00, with the previous position shown in brackets. A favorites function and a schedule of appearances show who is due online later, and members can exchange messages with performers outside of chat.
The how-to page and the price list set out these ways to take part:
- Party chat, the shared room.
- A watch-only mode, where a member views a chat while staying anonymous to other members.
- 2SHOT, a one-to-one session. A two-way version lets a member send his own video and microphone to the performer.
- DS chat, which appears in the price list without a description.
A performer's room page is detailed. It carries her status and viewer numbers, whether she uses a microphone and shows her face, the type she lists herself as, a gallery, a profile with items such as hobbies, the times of day she tends to appear and how often, and a message in her own words about how she likes a chat to go. Her chat login history can be hidden by her own setting.
Around the live board sit several features that give the site its identity. Performers keep diaries (人妻さん日誌) and may fill in a 30-question profile (30の質問). A MySHOP area holds albums that a member can ask a performer to add, and a notice says a search function was added to the Album Market. A recurring photo exhibition (人妻写真展) invites members to like entries, and the edition on the notice list is the 46th, with an autumn theme. Another notice, dated 2026-09-30, reports that after updating to iOS 27 some devices cannot watch the waiting view or press the enter button, and asks members to hold off updating until the cause is found. Members can also join from a smartphone while out, and the sitemap names a Chatpia mobile site along with the group sites Angel Live (エンジェルライブ) and ライブでゴーゴー.
The help center groups its answers under first-time use, accounts, chat trouble with camera and microphone, payments, site functions, points and fees, the performers, events and requests to the site. Its top-ten list is led by forgotten passwords, sponsor-site points that have not shown up and bonus points missing after a campaign purchase.
Japan mechanics
Chatpia is a domestic Japanese service. The business-permit page states that it is a registered video-transmission adult entertainment business (映像送信型性風俗特殊営業), registration number 第45017号, with the Osaka Prefectural Public Safety Commission as the licensing body and the Yodogawa police station as the station in charge; the operator is listed as 株式会社リアズ. The sitemap lists the other rules pages by name, among them member terms, a privacy policy, a complaints policy, a copyright infringement report and a commercial-transactions notice. Mosaic never comes up on the pages, since the product is live chat and not released video.
English is absent from the pages, and so is any region notice: nothing says whether visitors outside Japan may sign up, and nothing names countries served. The business-permit page states that adult content is included and that anyone under 18 may not use the site.
Price, access and billing
Registration is free and part of the content is free to watch. Payment is prepaid: the how-to page says members can use only the points they bought in advance and so cannot overspend, adding that a few payment routes bill afterward. It also promises that leaving is possible at any time and that registering brings no unwanted email. The help center has a withdrawal and rejoining section, and loyalty perks build up with continued use under a member-stage system.
The free starting credit depends on a card check. In October 2026 the beginner-support campaign page is headed with an offer of up to 1,000 yen worth of points. It says every member registering for the first time is eligible, once per person, and that credit-card verification serves as the identity check, after which payment takes 1 click. Prepaid cards and virtual cards cannot be used for it, and for the 7 days from the verification date the card payment page shows discounted point packs. Some cards trigger a 300 yen verification fee that is refunded after the card company's set period. The page adds that the company uses encryption technology developed by VeriSign of the United States for card details.
As of October 2026 the price list shows these per-minute rates: 100pts for party chat, 100pts for the watch-only mode, 150pts for 2SHOT and 200pts for DS chat. What a point costs in yen is not on the price list, so a rate cannot be turned into a yen figure from it. A bonus-points campaign ran in late September 2026 and a banner advertises a point-back campaign; the help center also lists sponsor-site point-back registration as a payment topic.
On payment methods, the help center has topics for credit-card payment, BitCash and other methods. The full list of methods, the card brands and any rule about cards issued abroad are not stated.
Who it suits
Chatpia suits a reader who reads Japanese, likes talking with mature performers and is comfortable with prepaid points charged by the minute. The ranking, schedule and watch-only features make it easy to look around before committing, and the card check opens a free trial of the service.
It is a poor match for anyone who needs English, since neither the interface nor the support is offered in it. The free credit is closed to prepaid and virtual cards, and overseas customers are not addressed. Anyone after recorded studio releases will not find them here.
