What KANJUKULIVE is

KANJUKULIVE (感熟ライブ, Kanjuku Live) is an adult live chat site that bills itself as specialized in married women and mature women (人妻・熟女専門). Its FAQ describes a video-streaming chat service where women who are married, mature or single mothers wait online, and says all of the performers are amateurs who log in from their own homes, from office workers to career women. Its pages are in Japanese, the copyright line reads 2010, and the operator it names is based in the United States. The FAQ gives the operator as DTI Services, Inc. of Los Angeles, California, with customer support run by a second Los Angeles firm, Allbright Information Services, Inc.

That American operator is the most useful fact for a reader outside Japan. It shows in the age rules, the compliance notice and the card billing, all covered below. The service is live chat, with no recorded video on offer.

What it carries and how it is organized

The offer is a roster of women sorted by type, with no labels or release dates involved. The FAQ says the women fall into several lines, naming a 美魔女 (ageless beauty) type and a soothing, easygoing type (癒し・天然系) among them, and invites the member to pick the type that matches his taste. The same answer describes the ways to spend time with one of them: a group room in which several members talk with a single woman, a way to look in on a room, and a two-person chat in which the site says the woman may be bolder. On what to talk about, the FAQ says each chat depends on the woman's own character and advises leading gently and getting friendly first.

Technically the chat is two-way. A member can turn on a webcam and a microphone, and the FAQ walks through choosing the camera and microphone from the player's settings menu. It also states that a member can enter the rooms of several women at once. Optional extras, listed as リモちゃ, secret messages and a touch function (お触り機能), are charged in points on top of the base rate, and the FAQ names them as the reason points can drain faster than expected.

Before paying, a visitor can watch waiting video. The FAQ says free trial members get to watch one woman for 10 seconds per 24 hours, and that members who have bought points can watch waiting video without a limit. Nothing in the FAQ points to a recorded back catalog, a release calendar, studios or labels. Anyone looking for the mature-woman category in the sense of recorded video should treat this as a live service for talking, not a library for browsing.

Accounts run through D2Pass, which the FAQ describes as a shared-login network covering roughly 60 member sites, so one ID opens every site a member has bought into. A D2Pass member can keep up to 4 screen names and edits the e-mail address and password on the D2Pass member page, and members who joined without D2Pass must migrate to a D2Pass account before changing such details. A newly registered member may have to wait about 30 minutes before the first login works. The troubleshooting section asks for the Flash player, JavaScript switched on and the browser security level set to medium, and it explains how to clear the cache and cookies. The page also notes that pages use UTF-8, chosen to support several languages, and can show garbled text if the browser encoding is wrong.

The site menu has sections for first-time visitors, how to play, the FAQ, an environment guide and contact, and the footer adds the terms of use, a privacy page with a note that the policy has been revised, site notices and recruiting pages for performers and agents. The FAQ closes with a media rule: anyone may promote the site on a web page, preferably through its affiliate program, but images, audio and video from the site carry portrait rights and may not be reposted or copied.

The Japan mechanics

Because the operator is in the United States, the compliance language is American. The footer carries an 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping compliance statement, a California privacy notice and a human rights policy, and the entry gate asks for a sworn confirmation of being 18 or the age of legal majority where the visitor lives. The FAQ's age answer is worded the same way: 18 or older in Japan, or an adult in the region where the member lives. The Japanese consent text on the entry page adds that the visitor confirms viewing is allowed under the standards and laws of his own community, and that the performers are independent users of an interactive service and not employees or agents of the site.

Mosaic and censorship rules go unmentioned, and no Japanese business notification number is shown. On compliance the site states its US operator and its 2257 notice, and nothing more.

Language support is Japanese. The age gate carries some English warning text, and the footer legal lines are in English, but the FAQ and the consent text are in Japanese, with no English support or English interface on offer. Customer questions go through a contact form, and the FAQ sends billing questions to the support company's own contact page.

The payment routes are set out in the FAQ, and the card side runs through the American company. Credit cards named are Visa, MasterCard, JCB and Diners Club. Members without a card can buy points by bank or postal transfer, and the FAQ says Japanese internet banks such as Japan Net Bank and Rakuten Bank generally cannot make the transfer because they do not handle overseas remittance; a member who wants to remit from an internet bank that does can ask support by form, naming the bank. If a card is refused, the FAQ warns that the card form rejects entries typed in Japanese input mode, including full-width characters, kanji, blank spaces, hyphens and symbols. Card statements show DI SERVE or DTISERVE, never the site's name, and the FAQ names DTI Services, Inc. as the payment company.

Price, access and billing

Registration is free and a trial membership exists. The site is fully prepaid: points are bought in advance, the chat disconnects automatically when they run out, and nothing is billed afterward. The FAQ states that there are no monthly membership fees and that the service does not use Q2 or international phone calls. A completed purchase cannot be canceled or refunded when the member chose to make it. Points expire if the account goes 2 years (24 months) from the last logged session without using any points, at which point all remaining points and their attached mileage points become void.

Withdrawal goes through a form, with a separate form for D2Pass members, who must log in with the ID they want to close. What becomes of unused points on withdrawal is left to the cautions on that form.

In October 2026 the FAQ gave the chat rate as 1.2 points per minute. The money price of a point is not in the FAQ, which links to a separate page for the points that chat needs. The optional extras are charged separately, and the FAQ gives no rate for them.

Who it suits

KANJUKULIVE suits a reader who reads Japanese, wants to talk with mature or married amateur women, and wants a card payment that runs through a US payment company and appears on the card statement under a neutral name. The shared D2Pass ID is a plus for people who already hold one.

It is a weak fit for anyone who needs English pages or English support, and its troubleshooting steps are built around the Flash player. The FAQ gives a per-minute rate in points but no money conversion, so a buyer has to read the purchase page before spending. Someone shopping for recorded mature-woman video, labels or downloads will find none of that here.
