What FALENO GROUP is
FALENO (ファレノ) is a Japanese adult video maker whose About page introduces it as 配信特化型新世代AVメーカー, a new-generation AV maker specialized in streaming distribution. The same page promises a steady run of premium releases, from well-known solo actresses to talked-about newcomer debuts, and names its formats as exclusive solo actresses (専属単体女優), reality shows and variety projects. falenogroup.com is the official showcase for the whole group, under a copyright line reading 2021 - 2026. It is written in Japanese and it is a catalog, not a shop: every title carries buttons that lead out to other services. A line at the foot of each page states that the actresses in the works are all 18 or older.
The group is organized as a set of sub-brands, which the site calls makers. The makers list is the quickest way to understand it, and it is also where the VR and amateur lines sit, because each of those is a maker of its own.
What it carries and how it is organized
WORKS (作品一覧), MAKERS (メーカー一覧) and GENRE (ジャンル一覧) make up the main menu, each labeled in English and Japanese. The works list spreads over numbered pages, and every row in it has the same set of buttons: a sample video (サンプル動画を見る), a watch link for H-NEXT, Amazon buttons for a planned release or a purchase, and a FANZA purchase button beside a sale-start date (発売開始). A work's own page adds a synopsis, the running time, fields for the cast and director, the maker, a distribution start date (配信開始日) and a sale date (発売日), followed by a block of related works.
The makers list gives most sub-brands a short profile. In the site's own terms:
- さぼてんVR: the VR maker, where leading directors and producers shoot love scenes with popular actresses and amateur women alike.
- 素人CLOVER: an amateur streaming maker whose profile says cute is a given and promises amateurs who are erotic and first-rate.
- MAGNOLIA: documentaries, reality shows, actresses off guard, behind-the-scenes pieces and observation-style formats, with a promise to try projects that fit the times.
- BOTAN: situation and relationship drama, from full-scale NTR dramas to live-action versions of popular doujin originals.
- VERONICA: a maker that says it exposes the shadows of modern life.
- ノースキンズ: a creampie-centered maker that styles itself an adult-video revolution collective. Its works list includes a recurring title series tagged 【ALL無編集】 (all unedited) and NO cut.
- BonキュンBon: a self-described body-focused label (肉体特化型レーベル). カミパイ is a bust-focused maker.
- FALENOTUBE: a line that says it approaches relaxed, everyday-looking women and has them appear. 即席シロウト is a second amateur line built on spur-of-the-moment encounters.
- VANILLA and the group's own maker entry are listed with no profile text.
Each maker has a page of its own with the profile, the newest work and a long works list. The 素人CLOVER page, for example, leads with a work that has a distribution date of 9 October 2026 and a running time of 102 minutes, and the BOTAN page with one of 59 minutes. The FALENO GROUP maker page is the home of cross-maker compilations: two volumes whose titles promise 20 performers from across the makers in 1000 minutes, and a third that packs 26 titles into 1040 minutes.
The genre page is a long index with a work count beside every entry. Creampie is far ahead at 2153 works, with big-bust at 1045 and amateur at 848. Squirting is listed at 480 and slender at 386. Planned-format titles (企画) stand at 289, pickup titles (ナンパ) at 196, cosplay at 174, POV (主観) at 137, solo-actress works (単体作品) at 128 and drama at 120. Smaller shelves include documentary at 73, titles running 4 hours or longer at 66, works aimed at women (女性向け) at 33 and collaborations with original works (原作コラボ) at 25. A recommended-genre strip repeated across the site picks creampie, pickup, facial, squirting and slender.
For VR, the site gives two markers: the さぼてんVR maker profile, and a VR entry in the genre index listed at 18 works. An 8K entry sits right beside it at 16 works, and several new titles carry an 【8K】 tag in their names. Those 8K rows show only the Amazon and FANZA buttons, without the sample and H-NEXT buttons most other rows have. Headset models and VR file formats are not specified.
The amateur side is spread over three makers, 素人CLOVER, FALENOTUBE and 即席シロウト, and MAGNOLIA's amateur challenge series (街角素人モニタリング) fills much of the new-works list. Recent rows with a named cast credit performers such as 糸井瑠花, 夕季ちとせ and 羽月乃蒼.
The Japan mechanics
Dates and platforms. This is the part worth understanding before buying. The how-to-watch page says streaming and sales start at different times on different platforms, that H-NEXT gets FALENO works earlier than anywhere else, and that the distribution start date printed on the official site is the H-NEXT date. The dates beside the purchase buttons in the lists are sale-start dates: the new-works list shows 25 September, 2 October, 9 October, 23 October, 6 November and 13 November 2026, with many titles sharing a date. One VERONICA work page shows both ends: an 82-minute title with a distribution start of 9 October 2026 and a sale date of 13 November 2026.
Mosaic. Whether the video is censored is left unsaid, on the About page, the work page and the how-to page alike.
The company. FALENO GROUP is the only name the group gives for itself, in the copyright line. A company profile with an address or a country is not given beside it, although a page about the group is linked at the foot of the site. The how-to page does say that H-NEXT is a service provided by 株式会社U-NEXT.
Language. The interface is Japanese. English is limited to labels, such as the three menu entries and section headings like NEW WORKS and WORKS LIST, and a one-line statement on a work page that its performers are adults. Subtitles are never brought up.
Overseas access. Region rules and customers outside Japan go unaddressed. The stores named as destinations are H-NEXT, FANZA, Amazon, MGS動画 and SOKMIL.
Price, access and billing
FALENO sells nothing on its own site. Titles are watched on H-NEXT, bought or rented on FANZA, or bought through the Amazon buttons, and the how-to page adds that MGS動画, SOKMIL and other streaming services carry them as well, with the list of services still expanding. H-NEXT works in two modes. PPV titles are charged per viewing. Unlimited viewing (見放題) requires either the H-NEXT monthly plan or a viewing code (視聴コード) for a fixed number of days. The monthly plan grants points every month that can go toward the newest works, which need an extra charge, and it also covers non-adult programming and magazine reading. Viewing codes are adult-only, and a footnote in that column says works from the Soft On Demand group are outside their unlimited range. The payment row gives credit card, carrier billing, Apple ID and gift codes or U-NEXT cards for the monthly plan, and credit card or Amazon gift certificates for viewing codes. Supported devices are televisions, smartphones and tablets, game consoles and computers. The page's own who-is-it-for list mentions people who want FALENO works earliest, people who want adult titles only and people who worry about forgetting to cancel, but the cancellation procedure itself is not explained.
In October 2026 the how-to page lists the H-NEXT monthly plan at 2,189 yen per month, tax included, with 1200 points granted each month. Viewing codes run from 1,089 yen for 30 days to 6,534 yen for 180 days, with a 90-day code between them, all tax included. A 31-day free trial for first-time users is advertised with 600 bonus points. The table puts unlimited adult titles at 40,000 or more, plus 160,000 or more non-adult titles and 114 or more magazines on the monthly plan. The page itself notes that this H-NEXT information is as of October 2020, so the figures show the plan structure, and the live terms are H-NEXT's.
For buying or renting a single title, the same page read in October 2026 says FANZA pricing starts from 300 yen per work and varies by title.
Who it suits
FALENO GROUP suits a viewer who follows a family of Japanese brands and wants to know where each new title lands first: the how-to page names H-NEXT as the earliest platform and FANZA, Amazon and other stores after it, and the work pages print both dates. It also helps someone who wants the group's amateur, drama or VR makers sorted by profile, or its catalog sliced by genre count, before choosing a store.
It is a weaker fit for a reader who needs an English interface, a stated route for cards issued abroad or detail on VR formats. The H-NEXT prices come from a table the page dates to 2020, and every purchase happens on another service under that service's terms.
