What HAJIME-KIKAKU is

HAJIME-KIKAKU (はじめ企画, read Hajime Kikaku) is a Japanese adult video maker that presents itself as a specialist in amateurs. Its page titles call it 街角娘、素人娘専門のAVメーカー, an AV maker devoted to women approached on the street and to amateur women, and hajimekikaku.com is the maker's official site. The slogan under every page makes the same pitch in a sales voice, that for video of this kind Hajime Kikaku is the name to go to, and the copyright line beside it carries since 2004. Every page also carries a notice that the performers in its titles are aged 18 or over.

The site announces and indexes, and it does not sell. Releases are listed by date, the back catalog is sorted by genre, series and release day, and buyers are passed to retailers. All of it is in Japanese. The help page credits planning and production (企画・製作) to はじめ企画, and no company name, street address or country is printed with that credit.

What it carries and how it is organized

The catalog is amateur-led and built on staged contests and challenges, and the series names say so better than any summary. The series block of the search page lists a matching series for couples meeting for the first time (初対面カップルマッチングCARが行く!), a micro-bikini treasure hunt (マイクロビキニ固定バイブ宝探し), a domino-toppling series, an endurance contest (乳首こねくり我慢ゲーム大会), a bra speed-undressing race (ブラジャー早脱ぎ競争!!) and a guessing contest for married women (人妻ノーハンドフェラ旦那チ〇ポ当てマッチング). Titles on the release lists speak of penalty rounds (罰ゲーム), prize money for the winner and head-to-head endurance matches. The home page's recommended series follow the same line, with a mirror contest whose losers take a penalty, a challenge for married couples (夫婦で挑戦！) and the treasure hunt again.

The genre block is the maker's own breakdown by theme, and each entry is printed with its number of works (作品数). Amateur (素人) stands at 347, embarrassment (羞恥) at 307, creampie (中出し) at 261, married women and housewives (人妻・主婦) at 162, cuckold and NTR themes (寝取り・寝取られ・ＮＴＲ) at 147, squirting (潮吹き) at 104, large bust (巨乳) at 94, vibrator (バイブ) at 73, and best-of and compilation volumes (ベスト・総集編) at 60. Amateur and embarrassment lead by a distance and married-women themes come next. The home page's recommended genres are drawn from the same leaders: embarrassment, married women, NTR, creampie, amateur and squirting. Its recommended keywords add the short forms Hjmo and HJBB, the word げーむ (game), and plain tags for embarrassment (羞恥), planning-led titles (企画) and large endowment (デカチン).

Series carry counts in the same way. The couples matching series and a best-of series (ベスト) stand at 9 works each. The treasure hunt, a news-report parody (固定バイブ淫語ニュース超過激リポート) and the married-women guessing contest hold 8 each, and the domino series and two further contests hold 7 each. A series simply named 素人 is listed at 6, and the endurance contest, the bra race and the mirror contest at 5 each. A link under each block opens the full list of genres, series or release dates.

The release-date block shows the rhythm. Most months have one main release day with 4 to 6 works: 20 October 2026 with 4, 15 September with 6, 18 August with 4, 21 July with 4, 16 June with 5, and 5 each on 19 May, 21 April, 17 March and 17 February. Three other dates, 29 September, 30 June and 31 March, carry a single work each. The reservation list for 20 October 2026 shows 4 works, among them the 5th installment of a contest series and a best-of, and the released list opens with the single 29 September title and the 6 from 15 September. One title there is numbered Vol.15 and another ends in the number 20, so the longer formats are still running.

Performer names are scarce. Of the 4 titles dated 20 October, only one carries a name, 羽生ありさ. The rest are listed by premise alone, and neither the menu nor the sitemap has an actress index, which fits a maker whose stated subject is amateurs.

Three entries lead each page: reservations (予約作品), released works (発売作品) and search (作品検索). The sitemap spells out what search covers: reservation status, release status, release date, series and genre. It also describes the remaining pages one by one: a comment form for messages about the maker, a page of links to other makers, a privacy-policy page on how personal information is handled, a recruitment section, and the sales-store page (販売店舗), which it says introduces the shops that handle Hajime Kikaku works. A second bar holds home, FANZA, works and events (ホーム FANZA 作品 イベント), which puts the FANZA store one tap from any page. FANZA's own line on the links page sums the store up as adult video streaming, DVD rental and adult mail order. Whether a given title is sold as a disc, a download or a stream is not stated on the maker's pages.

That links page lists other makers' official sites under headings such as general makers (総合AVメーカー), performer-led (女優推し), mature (熟女), fetish (マニア・フェチ), lesbian (レズ) and planning-led (企画). It names MOODYZ, S1, Madonna and Fitch among many more, each with a slogan in that maker's own words, and it claims no ownership or partnership with any of them. The notice box on the home page has three items: maintenance on 23 January 2023 and on 29 January 2024, and a January 2024 announcement that release dates changed because of the Noto Peninsula earthquake. The footer advertises jobs for new graduates and mid-career hires and for outside designers, video-editing creators, camera operators, writers, makeup artists, stylists, web directors and AV editing staff, and it files an affiliate recruitment page (アフィリエイト募集) and an information page beside the sitemap.

The Japan mechanics

Mosaic. The pages leave the subject alone: the words mosaic, censored and uncensored are used in neither language.

Language. Japanese throughout: menus, series names, notices and the comment form. The only English sentence is Google's reCAPTCHA notice on that form. No language switch and no English page are offered.

Comments. The form (投書フォーム) wants a name, an email address entered twice and a message of no more than 500 characters, all of them required, and pressing send counts as agreeing to the privacy policy. Its introduction says messages are kept for reference and are not answered individually.

From abroad. A region notice, a shipping rule and a line for overseas customers are all missing, and with nothing sold on the pages no way to pay appears either. Shipping, streaming rights and accepted cards are the terms of whichever store a buyer ends up at.

Price, access and billing

hajimekikaku.com prints no price of any kind. There is no membership, cart, points system or price list, and the release lists show titles and dates without a yen amount. A title is bought at a retailer, through the sales-store page or the FANZA entry, and the format and the rental or ownership terms are that retailer's.

Who it suits

The site suits a reader who likes the contest end of Japanese amateur video and wants one maker's formats, counts and release days in one place, or who has seen a series name at a store and wants to know who makes it. The blocks are regular enough that a reader with little Japanese can still follow them: a name, a count, a link.

The limits are easy to state. The site is Japanese only, it names few performers, and it has nothing for sale, so the buying questions of language, payment and region go to the store.
