What RADIX is
RADIX is a Japanese independent adult video maker, and up-tight.com is its official site. The masthead gives it the tag マニアック・インディーズメーカー, a maker of niche independent titles. The legal notice names the operator as 有限会社 アール, a limited company with a named representative director, at an address in Shinjuku ward, Tokyo, with a phone and a fax number. The footer copyright runs from 2018 to 2026. Everything on the site is in Japanese, with no English interface and no English support route.
The site combines three jobs. It is the maker's release calendar and catalog, it is the front door for a series of customer-funded and custom-order productions, and it takes direct orders for a few data and goods items under a mail-order legal notice. RADIX is a domestic maker, video sold in Japan is mosaic-censored, and its pages make no statement about mosaic for the catalog as a whole.
What it carries and how it is organized
The core is the 販売作品 (works for sale) list, a paged catalog of dated releases that runs to 21 pages. Each entry carries a product code, a title, the performers, a blurb and a date. Two code prefixes dominate the first page, NEO- and GUN-, and a third, ROP-, marks the fan-requested series described below. The site also files releases by month: a sidebar lists a release day for every month from September 2025 through October 2026, and the front page says the 22 October 2026 release is 4 new DVD titles. The pattern is one release day per month with a small batch of titles, rather than a weekly flow.
The titles lean toward fetish. The blurbs return to a few lines: foot-sole fetish compilations, a series of solo-masturbation titles built around one signature pose, urination and body-fluid titles, spit and saliva play, a lesbian kissing title that the blurb says uses no toys, and a debut title for a performer billed as 男の娘 (otokonoko). Performer stage names on the pages include 友田彩也香, 桐香ゆうり and 足立友梨. This is the page for a viewer who wants one independent maker's taste, not a mainstream star line-up. Some titles are repeat-format series: the first page shows several titles sharing the name イク時はいつも足ピン across different performers, so a fan can follow a format across the roster.
The 企画 (planning) section is what separates RADIX from an ordinary label. It runs several fan-participation programs, and each has an application deadline on its page. As of October 2026 they stand as follows:
- オーダーメイドオナニー (custom-order solo videos), whose 120th installment accepts applications until 16 November 2026. The customer picks a favorite performer and fills in an order sheet. The company confirms by email, and payment is due within a week by bank transfer. The company then shoots and edits a DVD to the sheet.
- オーダーメイド フェチ動画 (custom fetish videos), now in its 6th period. The call asks for everyday body-part and habit fetishes of a kind it says ordinary AV seldom shows, and promises a video made for that one customer at a low cost (格安).
- AV作品のオーナーになろう (become the owner of an AV title), now at its 21st intake with a final deadline of 9 November 2026. The customer pays the whole production cost, which the page breaks down as performer fees, direction, studio hire, on-set costs, editing and review fees, and it sets the minimum price at 50万 or more.
- 貴男の立場はファンからAV監督に (from fan to AV director), the 100th installment, with a final deadline of 30 October 2026 and a note that the period was extended by popular demand. After an applicant is chosen, the schedule is matched to the performer's, staff meet the customer at a main station on the day, and the customer, addressed as the director, holds a meeting with the performer at the studio before the package shoot.
The ROP-021 title on the front page comes out of the owner program: the front page presents it as the newest release in the AVオーナーになろう series, describes that series as titles planned by users, and marks it 好評配信中 (now in distribution). The same front page keeps a separate RADIXイベント block beside the program banners, with one entry marked SoldOut.
The site also mentions an official sale of video data with a premium digital photo book, and a sale of a bedsheet used in a production, offered to a single buyer. The data sale is only for customers 18 or older. The notice says the video is HD quality, written 1920×1020, and that the data arrives by email through a storage service after the company confirms payment.
For physical copies, the front page tells visitors to buy new DVDs at sell shops nationwide (全国のセルショップ) or at FANZA. FANZA is the only retailer named; the sell shops are not listed individually. What RADIX ships itself is the made-to-order DVD of the custom programs and the goods offered on the front page.
The Japan mechanics
Who runs it and from where: 有限会社 アール, Shinjuku, Tokyo, under the legal-notice page (特定商取引法に基づく表記).
English: none. The interface, order instructions, legal notice and forms are in Japanese only.
Region and overseas access: the legal notice states that the delivery area is limited to Japan (商品配送エリア, followed by 日本国内に限ります). The direct-shop items therefore do not ship abroad. The notice says nothing about digital deliveries to other countries, and the data-sale notice does not mention foreign customers either. The pages repeat nothing else about eligibility beyond the 18-or-older rule on the data sale.
Paying from abroad: the pages list no international card brands and no PayPal. The notice names the Japanese carrier's collect-on-delivery and card service. The data-sale notice names the Japanese payment app PayPay and bank transfer. Whether a non-Japanese card or account works is not stated.
Price, access and billing
The site sells goods and made-to-order productions; there is no subscription and no streaming. Payment methods in the legal notice are collect-on-delivery (代金引換), electronic money, credit card or debit card through the carrier Sagawa Express's e-collect service (佐川急便e-コレクト), and bank transfer. Cards are charged in the month the goods are shipped. Shipping and handling fees are listed as free. An order that is not paid within 3 days may be canceled. Returns and exchanges are refused except for defective goods or a wrong item, which must be reported within a week of arrival. Orders placed on a weekday before 15:00 ship the same day, weekend and public-holiday orders ship on the next business day, and delivery usually takes 1 to 3 days after shipping. An order paid by bank transfer ships once the payment is confirmed, cash on delivery is paid when the parcel is handed over, and the notice adds that stock of each item is limited.
The legal notice says prices follow the tax-included list price shown on each product and does not list them. Apart from the owner program minimum quoted above, the pages read in October 2026 give no product price. The custom-order pages say payment follows the confirmation email within a week.
Who it suits and who it does not
RADIX suits a reader who follows independent fetish makers, wants to see what the fan-funded programs offer, or wants to track a monthly DVD release day. It also suits someone who can read Japanese or use a translation tool and who will buy at FANZA or a Japanese shop.
It does not suit a reader who wants streaming, a subscription, English text or international shipping. The delivery area is Japan only and every payment route named is a Japanese one: a domestic carrier's collection service, a Mizuho Bank transfer account and PayPay. Fan-funded programs need an order sheet, emails in Japanese and a bank transfer, which is a lot of friction from abroad.
