What WAAP GROUP is

WAAP GROUP is the official site of Waap Entertainment Corporation (ワープエンタテインメント), an adult video maker that the site's information page describes as having produced many popular titles and performers. The company name appears in the copyright line, and the masthead labels the site the WAAP GROUP official site. It is a studio and group hub rather than a single store. It runs a title database, a news feed, rankings, a shop finder for DVDs and links out to the stores that sell the video, and it hosts the storefront of a download shop whose sales are handled by XCREAM.

Everything is in Japanese. The first screen is an age wall asking whether the visitor is 18 or older, with a notice that visitors under 18 are firmly refused. Video sold in Japan is mosaic-censored, and none of Waap's pages makes a statement about mosaic either way. No English interface or English support is described. The XCREAM pages carry a language-selection drop-down, and nothing on them says which languages it offers.

What it carries and how it is organized

The group is a family of makers, brands and labels, and the maker index (メーカー一覧) lays them out. The pages name five makers: ワープエンタテインメント (the Waap main line, which the page says has exclusive performers plus dominant-woman, lesbian, drama and semen-themed titles), ドリームチケット (Dream Ticket), NON, 光夜蝶 and newgirl. Dream Ticket is described as a maker that adds its own twist to popular genres such as big-bust and gal titles, with named series of its own. NON is described as a maker whose motto is to pursue plain eroticism, with big-bust, office-worker and wife lines. 光夜蝶 is a maker built around wives and mature women. newgirl is described as a line that casts new faces who have not appeared in video.

Under the Waap name there are further brands, each with a one-line brief: WAAP (the main brand, with exclusive performers), CLUB WAAP (broader play within the category), est WAAP (lavish, expensive projects), Deepers (maniac material pushed toward the mainstream), baby WAAP (fresh faces and debuts) and AIR*WAAP (a delivery-only label, with a note that disc-on-demand sales have started). A second tier of labels includes So (single-performer titles), id, Washing Machine (planning-based titles, 企画系), JELLY, cobra (dominant-woman and lesbian) and ENCORE (reissues of popular older work). The maker index is also indexed by the Japanese syllable rows, and a line at its foot says newly joined makers keep being added.

Finding things works through the title database, which the site map files under TITLE and labels as covering DVD, Blu-ray and video sales. It has a current-month page, a full title list, in-print (現行商品) and discontinued (廃盤商品) items, brand and label pages, genre and series lists, a release-date list and title reviews. A search under the site's default keyword returns 6942 results across 463 pages, sortable by newest, by date added, by oldest and by price in either direction, with list menus for performer, maker, brand, label, series and genre. Upcoming titles in that list carry a 予約 (pre-order) mark and the month's releases a 最新作 mark.

Rankings are a regular feature. The news feed logs a weekly ranking update most weeks and, early each month, a monthly ranking for DVD, video, goods and lingerie. The weekly DVD chart on the front page names 波多野結衣, 吉根ゆりあ and 末広純 in its top places.

The group also sells and promotes things beyond video. The pages list a photo book line on Kindle and FANZA, an adult goods floor and a lingerie floor, a FANZA auction where performers' costumes and underwear are put up for bid, signing events with reports posted afterward, a mail magazine and a casting call for amateur male performers. The information page adds an official YouTube PR channel, an Instagram account, a company president's blog and WAAP TOUCH, which it calls the official smartphone site.

For VR, the front page says a VR delivery service has started, a separate VR-focused site on SexLikeReal is linked, the site map has a WAAP VR sales section, and titles marked 8KVR appear in the new-release strip. A note on the maker page says the group's VR video has been on sale at FANZA since 2016.

The DVD route is the shop finder (ショップリスト). The front page says it lists, from DVD shops across Japan, the stores that handle the group's products. A visitor picks one of the regions or prefectures, or types a place name, and gets shop names, home page links, addresses and phone numbers. The XCREAM menu also links back to a WAAPTV mail-order (通販) top page.

The Japan mechanics

Who runs it: Waap Entertainment Corporation, as the copyright line and the maker pages state. No street address or country is given in the text; the site map lists a company profile (会社概要) page, and the XCREAM footer links a company profile, a privacy policy, a commercial-transactions notice (特定商品取引法に基づく表示), terms of use and a contact page.

Which store is behind which title: the link page introduces itself as a list of recommended video sites that handle Waap titles. It names FANZA (noting monthly download-all-you-can and pay-per-view options), XCREAM (downloads on sale from the release date), a sister XCREAM page for 光夜蝶, ソクミル (Sokumiru, with free sample videos and streaming or download) and DUGA (monthly and pay-per-view delivery, with samples before purchase). The information page adds a WAAP GROUP brand store on FANZA and a brand store on Amazon.co.jp, and the sales news names H-NEXT and アダルトフェスタ. The site map also lists three DMM.R18 sections: sales, delivery-only titles and a monthly all-you-can-watch plan. The news feed is dominated by time-limited discount campaigns at FANZA and Sokumiru, and one FANZA banner describes its sale as covering more than 5100 Waap group titles.

Language: titles, menus and sale notices are in Japanese only.

Overseas access: waap.co.jp carries no line about customers outside Japan, and the shop finder covers Japanese prefectures only. Each partner store sets its own rules on its own pages.

Price, access and billing

The group site charges nothing to browse and has no membership. What costs money sits on the partner stores. The XCREAM storefront is the one shop the site describes in detail. It states that download sales are entrusted to XCREAM and that SSL encryption protects customers' details. Accepted payment is credit card, BitCash and a Rakuten member ID, with Rakuten Super Points earned and spendable. Streaming needs a current Windows Media Player. The storefront browses by title, performer, genre, series, brand, label, director and release date, marks titles that have a sample video, runs a performer interview feature and offers an RSS feed, and its help menu covers a first-time guide, a Q&A, a shopping guide, viewing instructions and password reissue. New titles arrive monthly: the news feed posts a pre-sale announcement near the end of the preceding month, and the page logs additions dated in the first week of each month. Two ways to buy are named, a download and a cheaper 7-day viewing option.

In October 2026 the XCREAM page announces reduced prices for the July 2026 releases of what it abbreviates as WAAP, DT and NON: 7-day viewing at 500円, the standard version at 1480円 and the HD version from 1980円. The news feed posts the same kind of cut at the start of each month for an earlier month's releases. Full prices for new releases, and everything charged at FANZA, Sokumiru, DUGA and the other stores, are not printed on waap.co.jp.

Who it suits and who it does not

WAAP GROUP suits a reader who wants a map of one large maker's brands and labels, the release schedule, a chart and a way to find which store sells a given title. It also suits a reader in Japan who wants a physical copy and needs a nearby shop.

Someone who expects to watch on the maker's own pages, or who needs English, is in the wrong place: nearly every purchase leaves for a partner store, and XCREAM's are the only payment methods spelled out.
